Manny was sent out to my place to add some finishing touches to my project. As is my way, I was very particular in how I wanted things to be done. Without any complaint and with a fantastic attitude Manny completed everything to my satisfaction. He has a very professional demeanor which is much appreciated.
Project Satisfaction
I moved into my home in March of 2009. I had looked high and low for just the right place. I finally found a house that I liked. I couldn’t love it entirely because it had been sided with vinyl siding which I have never liked. As the years passed by my intention had been to get my house re-sided with Hardie siding. It took awhile to gather the funds and then it was finally time. Next came the most important step. Choosing the right company to do the job. I researched several companies and had them bid for the job. Pacific Exteriors LLC were one of those companies. I chose Pacific Exteriors to do the job and I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with the final results. My project manager Jake Ray was definitely on top of his game. From the initial walk through to the final walk through and everything in between, he was very conscientious. He addressed all of my concerns and questions in a timely fashion which is important to me. The siding crew that Jake chose to do the work were very skilled and also addressed my many questions with certainty and patience. Everyone from Pacific Exteriors was engaging and very helpful in bringing my project to fruition. I would highly recommend Pacific Exteriors to anyone who is looking for an honest company who can get the job done and get it done right. They will go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are 110% satisfied with the completed product. They are the best!

Jake Ray is an excellent project manager and I would recommend him to anyone who wants quality service in a timely fashion. I am extremely picky when it comes to how I like things to be. I approached Jake multiple times over what to most people would be non-factors, but to me were very important. He not one time showed any sign of impatience or a non-willingness to address my issues. As a matter of fact he made sure that these items were taken care of immediately. He is an excellent face for Pacific Exteriors LLC and anyone would be in good hands with him as their project manager. I would recommend he and Pacific Exteriors to anyone who expects perfection. Excellent Customer Service
Emily R was a fantastic laison for my project manager and I. Project managers are often busy working on multiple jobs and when mine was tied up elsewhere and I needed answers about anything at all, Emily was always there to provide them. She was fabulous and I would absolutely recommend a raise for her. She made my experience very pleasant from start to finish. She is the best!
Estimation Experience
I am a single woman and know virtually nothing about re-siding a house. It is a daunting task to call on a company to come and bid your home hoping that you won’t be taken for a ride. From the moment I met Michael I absolutely knew that this was not going to happen. He was very professional as well as honest in his assessment of my project. He told me everything that I needed to know to move forward without overselling me. His relaxed and friendly demeanor won me over. He is worth his weight in gold to Pacific Exteriors LLC. I am still amazed at how exceptional Pacific Exteriors was in every aspect of the project, from courtesy to flexibility to skill and everything in between, including the fabulous box of chocolates sent to my home upon completion of the project. Quite simply, I do not think I have ever been more satisfied working with any contractor on any project ever - and I own two homes, and have been a homeowner for 23 years. This team is simply awesome. A 20 on a scale of 1 to 10!!! I hope to remodel my Shoreline home in a few years and I want to work with this team again on windows and siding.
