Very professional experience, to the bottom. I got several bids for my siding project, and it was a no-brainer after Pacific Exteriors came through. Their price wasn't the lowest, but the level of experience and expertise was worth the extra cost when it came to comfort in making my decision. They were timely, listened to my concerns, fixed problems as they arose, and worked around my schedule. I'm not the easiest customer to please, and when spending tens of thousands of dollars, I expect an excellent outcome. This is what I got, and my house looks like-new. If I had to give one thing that could be improved, it would be the touch-up painters afterward. They did not speak English and needed to make multiple return trips to get things right. That said, P.E. made sure I was satisfied before it was all said and done. I'd definitely recommend them.

Compared to what I had, this is way better. I had the LP siding, and that stuff tends to rot from underneath. We discovered that over the winter when we could put our fingers through the siding. Though the roofers did the patch, we wanted someone else to do the siding. The strand plywood turned into like a paper mache. The bid was for as much plywood as I needed at no extra cost. Now our home is really polished. It's like a new house. Uriel Bernal was the leader of the group and did really well. I have two tall chimneys, and he was absolutely fearless. It would be easy to sort of do a good job that high up. From the top to the bottom, he did a great job.

Pacific Exteriors did a great job! Everyone from the sales person, to project manager and the actual installer were super friendly and communicative. We encountered some issues as our house was 100 years old and Pacific Exteriors handled it well and our finished product looks fantastic. We were given multiple options when issues arouse and truly felt like Pacific Exteriors was as invested in our home as we were. We never doubted their ability to do a quality job and would not hesitate to work with them again.

Pacific Exteriors finished a re-siding project that had been started in an earlier phase of remodel, and then painted the whole house. They were able to match the earlier style, and provide good solutions for a few areas of the house that were atypical. After getting a few similar bids, it was clear that these guys were offering the best options to the consumer for the Hardee product.

What can I say? Our home has a beautiful new exterior. Everyone in the neighborhood has complemented us on our "new home". We went from painted cedar planks to the precolored Hardee planks and are so glad we did.

The process was well presented. We were left with documentation to review every step of the way, provided with a designer to help us with our color choices, and even had some bonus' thrown in free-of-charge.

Thanks to Dave and his team we are very happy homeowners with beautiful new Hardee siding.

Oh, and they even painted our exterior garage to match the colors of the siding as a last minute ask. No problems at all, very affordable, these folks are very easy to work with and do everything they can to put a smile on your face.

Can't recommend their work highly enough.

We recently contracted Pacific Exteriors to remove and install soffits and gutters on our single family 1950's home in LFP. Since we recently had a new roof put on our house, venting was an important issue.
While the choices are numerous, we had pine soffits installed to the entire house and the detached garage for consistency and a thin vent all around the house. While one doesn't normally fascinate on such a thing, the look is stunning and will last a long time we hope!
Our gutters equally look sharp. They removed our ancient gutters and painted, replaced, and redirected our gutters in 1.5 days just before the heavy rains. Additionally they put in a dam to direct water to the gutters since our roof slope is unusual right at the front door - something we hadn't thought of.
The painters were quick, punctual, efficient and they even touched up our window frames to match the facia boards!
Due to some issues at the beginning of the project, the owner - David - personally got involved with our project. With his involvement the project was expedited to completion and exceeded our expectations. It was great to have an owner care about his clients and to get personally invested in individual projects. Ours was not a large job, but the care he took and his attention to detail to make our house look the way we envisioned, was most appreciated and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I'm a home owner in North Seattle, and come from 2 generations of general contractors. What started out as a let's paint our (1926, needs serious work) house, turned into a more realistic, let's face the truth - the problem isn't the paint, it's the two layers of siding, no insulation, single pane windows and doors that don't close - or have gaps so large that standard weather stripping wasn't sufficient.

We had 5 contractors out to give a price on effectively a complete remodel - siding, doors, windows, gutters, insulation, soffits, facia. Pacific Exteriors were not the cheapest, but they were the median.

After multiple on site consultations, we began what was the largest outsourced renovation project we've ever undertaken. Some may complain about timing, but being from the industry, I was pretty happy with it. If you need exact days, you have the wrong expectations. But they could tell me where I was in a queue, and were pretty close. Some might also complain about having to wait months for painters, but again, you have bad expectations if you want pain in December in Seattle. We started talking in ~Sept, work began in late Nov, and was started, moved quickly. Painting happened in late April. This timeline was both acceptable to me, and reasonable.

In the end, 2, 10 yard dumpsters were filled, and my entire 1.5 story bungalow was remade. Pacific exteriors took care of *every* thing I asked. The only portion of the project they were unable to help with was replacing the doors, but otherwise, it was practically white glove.

Best part - after an inspection by my (perfectionist) father, he gave the best compliment he could, "I see no fault it in". Totally a complement.

Pacific Exteriors have done 2 house in my immediate neighborhood now, and I know that others have reached out to them - if only because I do recommend them as a company to my neighbors.

I am happy with the work as completed, house looks great. The schedule to get it done--contract signature to completion--was far too long, 5 months. Daily cleanup from the team was an issue and I resorted to doing it myself on multiple occasions. Had to deal with a handful of minor issues of quality and consistency; some leftover equipment never retrieved. Sometimes responses from Project Manager took several days.

We are very happy with the final product. We used the Hardie Board and they had to remove multiple layers of previous siding, replace trim, fascia and soffits etc. They were able to add insulation in our old house, which has made a nice difference. There were only minor issues, for instance something they used to cover nail holes dried the wrong color about a year later. But they came and fixed it no charge, and the house looks beautiful.

After estimates from a few other companies, David came out himself and gave us a no-pressure estimate and was easy-going and very professional. He left us with detailed info and we called when we were ready. Steve handled the job from there, and went above and beyond to answer questions, communicate with the amazing crew (who were very thoughtful and friendly and sang as they worked. I wish I knew their names so I could thank them all individually here ). Steve followed up on each and every thing, and even handled something long after the job was complete. AND...our house looks amazing! My friend of 20 years passed our house when dropping something off it looks THAT much improved. A+ team. Could not be happier :)

Located south of Seattle in the SeaTac area, our customers were in need of an update to their exterior siding but wanted to maintain their current brick motif by not removing or painting it. So our team was able to come in and remove the current siding materials only, and install James Hardie Color Plus 8 1/4 Cedarmill siding with a 7" exposure to the affected areas, with a body-color of Khaki Brown and trim color of Arctic White. We then added a coat of Sherwin Williams Super Paint to the soffits, fascia, gutters, garage and front doors to match. They also opted to install T&G Pine soffit to the front porch and carport to protect their home from future water damage. The finished product blended beautifully with their existing brick to create a seamless look that is built to last.

James Hardie Plank Lap Siding - Cedarmill and Insulation Installation

Located just north of the SeaTac airport in Burien, our customer's 1985 home was in need of a whole house re-side since their existing exterior was damaged and showing signs of water damage. Our team came in and removed all of the previous siding material and installed James Hardie Color Plus 8 1/4 Cedarmill siding with a 7" exposure to the entire exterior, with a body-color of Mountain Sage and trim color of Cobblestone. We finished the new colors off with a fresh coat of Sherwin Williams Super Paint on the soffits, fascia, and front door to match the new siding. Finally, our team installed the Green Guard 3/8" Insulation board around the entire perimeter of the house, as well as new fascia boards to increase the integrity of their home. Located just north of Seattle, our customer's 1956 single-family home was in need of a major overhaul, including removal of their current exterior materials and replacement with all new siding.
