On Time and Left the Site Clean
The construction crews were on time and left the job site clean. Overall it was a great experience. David (the salesperson) was knowledgeable and explained process well. He was very clear about what to expect and Pacific Exteriors delivered on that perfectly. Steve (the Project Manager) gave a good walk-through and explained what would happen. The workers showed up on time and got to work right away. They came every day and completed the job on schedule. Overall it was a good experience. David, Steve, and the workers all deserve recognition.
Would and Have Recommended Them
We had them re-side our entire house, plus paint trim, paint the garage door and front door. We would and have recommended them to others. I wouldn't hesitate to use Pacific Exteriors for any future projects we may have. Areas of satisfaction: The residing work was the best. The workers were nice young men, and they cleaned up the job site very well.

Steve Jump was excellent. Dave was wonderful too. The staff working on it here was on time and got everything handled. Extra little requests were covered. Uriel Bernal was the leader of the group and did really well. I have two tall chimney's, and he was absolutely fearless. it would be easy to sort of do a good job that high up. From the top to the bottom, he did a great. My wife is in the insurance business and we went through a state contractor guide which rates companies in Washington. Pacific had the best rating of everyone. When you got to put Hardie Board on, you need to really understand how they do the process. Compared to what I had, this is way better. I had the LP siding, and that stuff tends to rot from underneath. We discovered that over the winter when we could put our fingers through the siding. Though the roofers did the patch, we wanted someone else to do the siding. The strand plywood turned into like a paper mache. The bid was for as much plywood as I needed at no extra cost. Now our home is really polished. It's a like a new house.
Siding Service Review
I used David and his company about 16yrs ago to install Hardie plank siding on my home. Recently I had 4 boards that shrunk enough to break the corner ends where they was nailed. I reached out to David to see how to file a claim with Hardie. David said it was easier for him to just come out and replace the boards for free. Totally amazing and unexpected for him to do that after 16yrs. Will definitely be using David for any and all future siding needs.

I just had my house painted and the color that I had picked out was nothing like what I wanted I informed Daniel about it and told him that I wanted the house to match the color of my car and he went way beyond in helping me find the right color and kept in touch with me via text messages.
