Replacement Siding
I contacted Pacific Exteriors in the winter of last year along with 4 other contractors for bids on replacement of the siding on the south side of our 2 story home. They weren't the highest but they were the lowest either but the they did meet my minimum specs for replacement of the siding and 3 windows. The surprise was that they completed the siding and windows in 2 days! The painting had to wait for better weather and that only took a day Steve from Pacific Exteriors went over every step as well as followed up with me upon completion of ever step to make sure everything met my expectations. I will be contacting them to replace he siding on the north side of my home next as they did a fantastic job and have earned my respect. They will eventually replace all the siding as I will be replacing each side of the house one year at a time.

Seattle Siding Project
We are very happy with the final product. We used the Hardie Board and they had to remove multiple layers of previous siding, replace trim, fascia and soffits etc. They were able to add insulation in our old house, which has made a nice difference. There were only minor issues, for instance something they used to cover nail holes dried the wrong color about a year later. But they came and fixed it no charge, and the house looks beautiful.

Soffits and Gutters Install
We recently contracted Pacific Exteriors to remove and install soffits and gutters on our single family 1950's home in LFP. Since we recently had a new roof put on our house, venting was an important issue. While the choices are numerous, we had pine soffits installed to the entire house and the detached garage for consistency and a thin vent all around the house. While one doesn't normally fascinate on such a thing, the look is stunning and will last a long time we hope! Our gutters equally look sharp. They removed our ancient gutters and painted, replaced, and redirected our gutters in 1.5 days just before the heavy rains. Additionally they put in a dam to direct water to the gutters since our roof slope is unusual right at the front door - something we hadn't thought of. The painters were quick, punctual, efficient and they even touched up our window frames to match the facia boards! Due to some issues at the beginning of the project, the owner - David - personally got involved with our project. With his involvement the project was expedited to completion and exceeded our expectations. It was great to have an owner care about his clients and to get personally invested in individual projects. Ours was not a large job, but the care he took and his attention to detail to make our house look the way we envisioned, was most appreciated and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
