The quality was excellent. They were very detailed. Reasonable price. Very hard to find workers all the way around. Steve Jump was excellent. Dave was wonderful too. The staff working on it here was on time and got everything handled. Extra little requests were covered. MY wife is in the insurance business and we went through a state contractor guide which rates company in Washington. Pacific had the best rating of everyone. When you get to put Hardie Board on, you need to really understand how they do the process.?

Compared to what I had, this is way better. I had the LP siding, and that?stuff tends to rot from underneath. We discovered that over the winter when we could put our fingers through the siding. Though the roofers did the patch, we wanted someone else to do the siding. The strand plywood turned into like a paper mache. The bid was for as much plywood as I needed at no extra cost. Now our home is really polished. It's like a new house. Uriel Bernal was the leader of the group and did really well. I have two tall chimneys, and he was absolutely fearless. It would be easy to sort of do a good job that high up. From the top to the bottom, he did a great job.?
