Ellen has been with Pacific Exteriors since 2025 and is loving it—especially the supportive, team-oriented environment. With a background in behavioral science and management, Ellen is passionate about applying principles of behavior science and industrial-organizational psychology to improve workplace dynamics.

Outside of work, she’s a professional singer and skilled violinist who also enjoys staying active with Pilates, yoga, and barre. A fun fact? Ellen’s on the lookout for volunteer opportunities—especially if they involve cooking, as she’s eager to sharpen her skills in the kitchen!
