We are looking for someone with a friendly, upbeat demeanor and an ability to accomplish a broad range of administrative duties. This is a job with some variety, mostly admin tasks but there are always fun miscellaneous tasks to do including collaboration on marketing pieces or helping with special projects. The position is fully in office Monday through Friday.


Responsibilities

  • Scheduling appointments for new or existing customers.
  • Updating customers on the status of their project.
  • Tracking of all jobs in process.
  • Miscellaneous admin tasks.
  • Working with and assisting estimators.

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience Requirements

  • Office experience preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred

Desired Skills

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
