We get it—replacing your siding or roof is a big deal. It’s a major investment in your home’s protection, curb appeal, and long-term value. At Pacific Exteriors, we want you to feel confident and informed every step of the way. That starts with your free in-home consultation.

Here’s exactly what to expect when we visit you at your home:

Scheduling Your Appointment

When you book an appointment with Pacific Exteriors, we’ll set up a time that works for you. Before our visit, you’ll receive a reminder so you know when to expect us along with an introduction to the team member who will be visiting your home. You won’t feel like it’s a stranger visiting your house. You’ll get a name and a picture so you know just who to expect.

Welcome and Getting to Know Your Home (~10 minutes)

One of our friendly, knowledgeable home improvement specialists will arrive on time in a Pacific Exteriors branded vehicle. After a quick introduction, we’ll ask a few questions about your home, including:

·         What drove you to set an appointment with us?

·         Have you noticed any problem areas?

Inspection and Measurements (~30 minutes)

Next, is our thorough but hassle-free assessment. Here’s what we’ll do:

1.      Walk around your home to inspect your siding, roof, and any related areas

We’ll conduct a visual inspection of your home's exterior, paying close attention to the condition of your siding, roof, gutters, and other structural components.

We’ll look for signs of wear, damage, or potential problem areas, such as cracks, leaks, or missing materials. This step helps us get a complete picture of your home’s current state and identify any areas that may need attention. We can also make note of any cosmetic issues that you may want included in your estimate.

2.      Take precise measurements

Using specialized measuring equipment, we’ll gather exact dimensions of your siding, roof, or other key structures to ensure any recommendations or estimates we provide are as accurate as possible. Our tools help eliminate guesswork, ensuring that any materials or services needed are properly sized and suited to your home. This level of precision is essential for both cost-effectiveness and long-term durability.

3.      Identify any issues that could impact your home’s structure or efficiency

Beyond surface-level damage, we assess potential issues that could compromise your home’s energy efficiency, weather resistance, or structural integrity. This may include checking for water damage, insulation gaps, ventilation concerns, or any other factors that could lead to expensive long-term repairs or higher energy bills if left unaddressed. Our goal is to catch small problems before they turn into costly repairs.

Exploring Your Options (10 minutes)

Once the estimator has a clear picture of your home’s needs, we’ll sit down with you to review your options.

We’ll walk you through different materials that suit your needs for budget, climate, and durability.  You can go over colors and styles to match your vision now, or when you meet with one of our experienced exterior designer after your contract is signed. The estimator will also review additional services like gutter replacement and trim work to complete your home’s transformation.

Your Quote: Transparent and Tailored to You

Before we leave, you’ll receive a detailed, written quote that includes a clear breakdown of materials and labor. The estimator will review multiple pricing and financing options, including discounts and promotions so you can choose what’s best for you.

Our pricing is clear and competitive, with no hidden fees. Just honest numbers you can trust.

Next Steps: No Pressure, Just Support

We understand that this is a big decision, and we’re not here to pressure you. Whether you’re ready to schedule your project, need some time to think or gather more estimates, we’re happy to answer any follow-up questions and guide you at your own pace.

If you choose to move forward, we’ll handle the scheduling, permits, and logistics so you can relax and look forward to your home’s transformation.
