Challenge

New construction, homeowner designed his own home for a modern look in one of Seattle’s older neighborhoods. We used Longboard metal siding for soffits and minor accents coupled with Standing seam vertical metal and smooth James Hardie panel as the 2 main cladding components. The biggest challenge was lining up horizontal flashing points in the panel, the builder did not make sure all windows lined up on the same planes per the plans.

Solution

We found creative ways to make it work and the homeowner was thrilled with the outcome.
