Challenge

Remodel, converted from real Stucco siding to James Hardie smooth panel siding as the main cladding with Longboard metal siding for the entry accent. Customer was experiencing major water intrusion from the failed Stucco so there were considerable areas of rot to address.

Solution

Due to the amount of exposure to the home from the elements and the lack of eaves, we decided to install a rain screen for the system to go over so that if any water were to get back inside the system it would be able to escape/evaporate out of the system without incident.
