Challenge

We were connected to the GC through the James Hardie website. He was looking for a skilled siding installer for a project in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle, where craftsmanship is valued as much as the view.

Solution

Home was outdated and they had built an addition in the back. We installed 5-1/4 Artisan above the first floor rim joist and 8-1/4 Artisan below. Shingles in the dormer. The customer had us install a very elaborate trim combination to all the windows. James Hardie soffits and shingles completed the look while adding to the security of the structure.

The end result was an updated craftsman with stunning curb appeal that is built to last.
