New Construction, homeowner designed her home for a more historically traditional look for her West Seattle neighborhood. She went with an 8” reveal smooth James Hardie lap siding below her first floor rim joist with a large bullnose watertable sill and an 8” band separating it from the smaller 5” reveal smooth James Hardie lap siding above it. We installed shingles on the gables and upper dormers. All windows received back banding and crown.
