This impeccable waterfront property on Mercer Island had their old wood paneling removed and replaced with a more reliable product by Pacific Exteriors LLC. The new James Hardie paneling lasts through all the weather that the ocean can throw at this home. In the end, the home was more eye catching than ever before.
