We are very happy with the exterior renovation of our house. Pacific Exteriors coordinated the installation of Hardi-Plank siding on the south side of our house as well as two sides of the loft, plus the installation of all new windows, including installing a new one for required egress and then the priming and painting of the whole exterior. The pandemic with supply chain issues created some delays, not only for predictability of supplies, but a larger clientele who wanted remodeling done. Communication improved as the process went on with the supply chain issues being resolved, and new personnel being brought on, due to the rise in jobs brought on by the pandemic and remote work at home. Considering our house was a blend of 1940s and 1980s+ construction, there were challenges that the different teams were able to problem-solve. I especially like the fact that inspections were done during the process and at the end, and even small things like repainting a duct to better blend into a large window frame color was done even though we had originally requested all ducts to be the house color. Jake Ray is an excellent project manager and I would recommend him to anyone who wants quality service in a timely fashion. I am extremely picky when it comes to how I like things to be. I approached Jake multiple times over what to most people would be non-factors, but to me were very important. He not one time showed any sign of impatience or a non-willingness to address my issues. As a matter of fact he made sure that these items were taken care of immediately. Wow, where do I start ? Armando and the crew were just awesome and on point, Jake was constantly keeping us updated on the crews findings and the service was just awesome ! For the crazy weather and findings these guys worked fast and worked there tails off and just nailed this project ! Thank you just isn't enough for how happy we are for how this came out. I moved into my home in March of 2009. I had looked high and low for just the right place. I finally found a house that I liked. I couldn’t love it entirely because it had been sided with vinyl siding which I have never liked. As the years passed by my intention had been to get my house re-sided with Hardie siding.
