At least some of the siding is in poor enough condition at this point that it needs to be replaced; possibly the whole house needs siding replacement. We're looking for an expert opinion, proposal, and quotes. Ideally, we'd like to keep the historic character of the home -- meaning wood siding that is more narrow than modern siding. We are getting quotes now, and looking to schedule work to be done by mid-July if possible.

I called Pacific Exteriors and met with David. I told him I was on a budget and want to replace the siding that needs attention right away. We walked around the house and I pointed out siding issues that I knew of and he thoroughly inspected each wall/section of the house. He also explained what signs I should look for to determine if new siding is needed. This made me confident that they were going to do the job correctly. Then it started to rain really hard so David told me to go inside and he will ;take measurements to write up an estimate. After a short time, he had a full estimate ready to go. He went over his observations of the siding and explained why he thought some walls had to be replaced right away and why other walls were still in good condition for awhile. He gave me options and allowed me to decide without any pressure. This is when I knew I was dealing with an HONEST company. The siding turned out great and now my house looks brand new! Pacific Exterior made the process easy and they made me feel cared for.

We had received other estimates for our siding project & decided to wait until the following year to proceed. We were upfront with David when he arrived for the consultation. He was so thorough & professional that we decided to proceed with Pacific Exteriors. We are extremely happy with the job they did. Their attention to detail was awesome. Every day when they left, they even made sure the gate was replaced so our dogs couldn't escape. Jason, Uriah, Jose & the crew were fantastic. Kristina is great too! The team was FAST and great! Good job taking down all of the old siding and installing the new siding in less than a week! I was surprised at how quickly this was done. Jason and his team were great! They rebuilt the rotted framing of my front windows without affecting (there was a risk) to my interior drywall. I can't even tell, other than the new siding that they went into the wall... Good work!
