Challenge Our customer contacted us through Home Advisor because their current exterior siding was rotten and damaged from years of weather damage.

Challenge Our customer found Pacific Exteriors through the Home Advisor website and contacted us to helpfully remodel parts of their charming homestead.

Challenge Due to the extreme variant in weather on Bainbridge Island, exterior siding can often deteriorate quickly and cause potential issues for your family's health and home's integrity.

Challenge Full remodel of a historic home in downtown Everett. Homeowner is an architect and completely designed and rebuilt the home to match the period it was originally built in. We installed a complicated Coravent rain screen system that allowed the walls to breath through the soffit venting.

Challenge We were connected to the GC through the James Hardie website. He was looking for a skilled siding installer for a project in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle, where crafstmanship is valued as much as the view. Solution Home was outdated and they had built an addition in the back.

Challenge Our customer was in search of a local contractor that would be able to remove previously damaged siding to very specific areas of their very contemporary home in Lake Forest Park, not far from where our office is located.

Challenge Partial siding replacements propose a complicated challenge, in which the new and old materials must blend seamlessly to improve the overall curb appeal of the home while maintaining its structural integrity.

Challenge New construction, homeowner designed his own home for a modern look in one of Seattle’s older neighborhoods. We used Longboard metal siding for soffits and minor accents coupled with Standing seam vertical metal and smooth James Hardie panel as the 2 main cladding components.

Challenge New Construction, homeowner designed her home for a more historically traditional look for her West Seattle neighborhood.

Challenge At this lovely two story custom craftsman in Woodinville we installed Shakertown Craftsman Cedar Shingles to the second story.  In addition we added clear cedar tongue and groove soffit to the front entry.
